Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a successful and growing business who are looking to appoint a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Wetherby on a permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems and providing a consistently high level of service. You will be joining a friendly and collaborative team within a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
*Act as the first point of contact for customers across a range of enquiries.
*Provide friendly, professional and efficient customer support.
*Respond to queries relating to orders, deliveries, products and services.
*Liaise with couriers and other internal teams to resolve customer issues.
*Investigate and resolve customer queries promptly and effectively.
*Build positive relationships with customers and provide a personalised service.
*Maintain accurate customer information and update the CRM system.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth customer journey.
*Support the wider team with general customer service administration when required.
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
*Previous experience within a customer service or customer-facing environment.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*A confident and professional telephone manner.
*The ability to remain calm and solution-focused when dealing with challenging queries.
*Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
*The ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
*A positive, flexible and proactive approach to work.
*Previous experience using a CRM system would be advantageous, although not essential.
