Are you an experienced and driven Branch Manager looking for an opportunity to take ownership of a successful estate agency branch and play a key role in its continued growth?
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Branch Manager to join our client’s highly successful Estate Agency in the Formby area.
Our clients are offering a superb basic salary, commission structure and strong earning potential, alongside the opportunity to join a respected independent agency in a key leadership position.
The Role
As a Branch Manager, you will:
*Oversee the day-to-day running of the branch
*Manage, motivate and develop the team to achieve targets and KPIs
*Drive business generation, valuations, instructions and overall branch profitability
*Monitor figures, performance metrics and branch results
*Build strong relationships within the local market and help grow the company brand
*Work closely with the business owners/directors to support business growth and strategy
Branch Manager requirements:
*Proven experience within a Branch Manager role in estate agency
*Strong track record in winning instructions and driving revenue
*Strong communication and people management skills
*Highly organised, proactive and target-driven approach
*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
