Are you Level 4 Diploma qualified with strong paraplanning experience and looking for genuine work-life balance, excellent benefits and long-term career progression?
A superb opportunity has arisen in the York area for a Paraplanner to join our client’s independent practice in the York area.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner looking for a supportive and friendly team, with genuine work-life balance, hybrid and flexible working, and a fantastic holiday allowance.
The Role
As a Paraplanner, you will:
*Prepare suitability reports and financial plans
*Conduct technical research across pensions, investments and protection
*Support advisers with financial planning strategies
*Work on inheritance tax planning cases, including Trusts and Business Property Relief (BPR)
*Support recommendations involving EIS and VCT planning
*Help improve processes and efficiencies
*Collaborate with a close-knit and ambitious team
Paraplanner requirements:
*Level 4 Diploma qualified (minimum)
*Strong paraplanning experience within financial planning
*Excellent technical knowledge
*Experience or exposure to inheritance tax planning
*Organised, proactive and detail-focused
*Someone who values culture, teamwork and long-term career growth
*A genuinely positive person who wants to be part of building something
