More about the role
This is a fantastic regional home based role covering the South of England. You will need to be based within the South East of England and able to travel around this region. This is a great opportunity for a building surveyor, technical officer, building inspector or candidates with a trade background.?
As a Contract?Lead, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of our responsive repairs service.,Developing mutually beneficial and professional relationships with contractors, and ensuring that customers are provided with excellent quality works both in relation to repairs and customer service.
Your day-to-day?responsibilities will include overseeing building works via our contractor framework, managing the lifecycle from start to finish Tasks will include, but are not limited to reviewing and approving schedules of work, requesting quotes and approving variation requests from contractors, arranging pre-start meetings, providing solutions to on-site issues, and undertaking work in progress and post inspections.
You will also manage compliance with CDM regulations, Health and Safety, performance, customer service and ensuring contractors meet agreed SLAs and KPIs.?
You’ll also provide?valuable technical guidance on building refurbishments and maintenance contracts, actively contributing to meetings and offering recommendations for improvement as required.
Essential?Criteria?
*Valid driving licence.
*Technical building, trade or surveying related qualification
*Experience supervising and monitoring works to domestic properties.
*Proven?ability to manage contractors and ensure high-quality service delivery.
*Experience managing contract performance, including SLAs, KPIs, compliance and budgets.
*Experience managing works programmes and working within CDM Regulations (2015).
