Sales Support AnalystWe are seeking a diligent and highly organized Sales Support Analyst to join our team. This role is essential for providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring high-quality interactions, and maintaining data accuracy for our internal and external stakeholders within the mid-market business area.
Responsibilities*Investigate and resolve customer queries, ensuring an effective end-to-end resolution.
*Provide complex administrative support and maintain procedural knowledge.
*Perform customer verification and manage change of occupier requests with precision.
*Execute registration tasks within the designated system to meet strict deadlines.
*Update management on workload progress and identify opportunities for process improvements.
*Address data errors and provide constructive feedback to frontline teams to enhance quality.
Qualifications*Strong analytical and methodical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
*Proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
*High level of numeracy and literacy with strong IT proficiency.
*Commitment to treating customers fairly and complying with all relevant regulations.
*Experience with reporting tools or specific internal systems is a significant advantage.
Additional DetailsThis position is based at Solihull. The successful candidate will work onsite 2 days a week, with opportunities for remote work after the training period.
