London (Hybrid 2-3 days a week in the London office)
3 month contract.


I’m currently recruiting for a Payroll Advisor to join a well-established financial services organisation in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who enjoys delivering an accurate, compliant and employee-focused payroll service.


Responsibilities -
*Processing monthly UK payroll from end to end
*Managing starters, leavers and contractual changes
*Administering statutory payments, pensions and employee benefits
*Processing salary sacrifice and payroll deductions
*Completing payroll reconciliations and audit checks
*Producing monthly payroll reports
*Responding to payroll and benefits queries from employees and managers
*Supporting year-end payroll activities including P60s and P11Ds
*Identifying opportunities to improve payroll processes


Requirements -
*Proven experience processing end-to-end UK payroll
*Hands-on Workday payroll experience is essential
*Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements
*Experience administering pensions, statutory payments and employee benefits
*Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering a high-quality payroll service
*Previous experience working within an in-house payroll function
