37 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 7am-3pm
Full-time Temporary Position (subject to review)
Looking for a kitchen role with no evenings and no weekend work? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a public sector organisation in a Team Leader position, combining hands-on food preparation with responsibility for supporting and guiding a small catering team.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Leading daily kitchen operations and supporting Catering Assistants.
*Planning menus, managing stock levels, and ordering supplies.
*Preparing and serving fresh meals to a high standard.
*Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
*Monitoring stock and budgets.
*Supporting catering provision across multiple sites when required.
What We’re Looking For
*Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety qualification.
*Previous experience working in a busy kitchen environment.
*Knowledge of food safety and current legislation.
*Strong organisational and team leadership skills.
*Full UK Driving Licence to provide cover at additional sites.
