Are you a recent graduate looking to start a rewarding career in education? A welcoming primary school in Reading is seeking a passionate Graduate SEN TA to join their team.
As a Graduate SEN TA, you’ll provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with additional needs, helping them develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities*Support pupils with SEN on a one-to-one and small-group basis.
*Assist teachers with inclusive lessons and targeted interventions.
*Encourage confidence, independence, and positive behaviour.
*Work closely with teachers and SEN professionals.
About YouThe ideal Graduate SEN TA will have:
*A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology, or a related subject.
*A genuine passion for supporting children.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
