Job Description:
Full job descriptionAJ Chambers are working with a growing law firm in Suffolk. They are currently recruiting for an Employment Senior Associate to join their team.
Duties and responsibilities
*Responsible for the day to day running of a caseload
*Advising on routine matters such as misconduct, sickness absence, grievances etc
*TUPE advice and drafting
*Conduct of Employment Tribunal litigation up to hearing stage
*Preparation, negotiation and advising on Settlement Agreements
*Advising on restructures
*To attend client meetings and business development and networking events, including presenting at client seminars and on webinars, and conducting training sessions for clients
Person specification
*3-8 Year’s PQE as an Employment Lawyer
*Strong academic background with 2.1 at degree level
*Sound knowledge of employment law
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
