Warehouse Operatives - Nights and Afternoon Shifts
Location: Finningley
Start date: 5th October
Hours: Monday to Friday, fixed shifts
Type: Full-time
We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a busy warehouse based in DN9 3GP. (New site)
This is a physically demanding role involving heavy lifting, manual handling and parcel sorting. Candidates must be physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key duties*Loading and unloading parcels
*Sorting parcels
*Moving parcels weighing up to 25kg and above
*Heavy lifting and manual handling
*General warehouse duties
*Working to daily targets and maintaining a good pace
*Following health and safety procedures
Available shifts
Night shift: 01:00 – 09:00
Pay: £12.71 per hour, increasing to £15.01 per hour after 12 weeks
Afternoon shift: 13:00 – 21:00
Pay: £12.71 per hour, increasing to £12.79 per hour after 12 weeks
Requirements*Physically fit and able to carry out heavy manual work
*Comfortable lifting parcels of 25kg and above
*Reliable and hardworking
*Able to work 5 days per week, Monday to Friday
*Able to work at a fast pace
*DBS required
*Safety shoes required
Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
