An opportunity has arisen for an experienced procurement leader to join a recognised regulated organisation as Head of Procurement.
Leading Procurement, Supplier Management, Facilities & Estates, setting strategy, driving operational resilience, and delivering commercial value across a complex third-party landscape.
Your new role
*You’ll be responsible for:
*Defining and delivering the procurement and supplier management strategy.
*Leading high-performing and established teams.
*Driving best practice across sourcing, contracts, supplier risk and vendor performance.
*Supporting operational resilience, regulatory compliance and ESG objectives.
*Influencing senior executives and Board stakeholders on procurement, risk and commercial decisions.
*Delivering measurable savings, value and continuous improvement.
What you’ll need to succeed
*Significant procurement leadership experience within a regulated environment.
*Expertise across procurement, outsourcing, supplier management and commercial contracting.
*Strong knowledge of third-party risk, operational resilience and regulatory governance.
*Experience leading transformation, change and high-performing teams.
*Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
*A strategic mindset with the ability to influence at Executive and Board level.
*CIPS qualification (or equivalent) desirable.
