Mon - Fri with 1 in 3 Saturdays (Half day)
We’re recruiting an experienced and commercially minded Bathroom Designer for a successful and growing bathroom showroom.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines creative design skills with a strong sales approach. You’ll manage customers through the full journey- from their initial showroom consultation to the completed design, quotation and order.
The role
*Welcome customers and understand their requirements, style and budget
*Create attractive and practical bathroom designs using CAD software
*Provide knowledgeable advice across products, materials and layouts
*Prepare accurate quotations and manage customer orders
*Follow up enquiries and convert showroom leads into sales
*Develop strong relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience
*Maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge
*Work towards individual and showroom sales targets
What we’re looking for
*Previous bathroom or kitchen design experience
*Experience using CAD or similar design software
*Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills
*A creative eye with excellent attention to detail
*Confidence managing customers throughout the complete sales process
*A proactive, organised and target-driven approach
