A well-established organisation based in Swansea is looking to recruit two experienced Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Administrators on a 6-month fixed-term basis. Working within a busy finance team, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day transactional finance function and ensuring the smooth operation of both supplier and customer accounts.
Your new roleAs an Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Administrator, you will be responsible for:
*Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
*Managing supplier statements and resolving invoice queries
*Raising sales invoices and allocating customer payments
*Chasing outstanding debt and supporting credit control activities
*Performing account reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
*Assisting with month-end processes and reporting
*Maintaining accurate financial records and data
*Liaising with internal departments, customers and suppliers
*Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc duties as required
What you’ll need to succeed
*Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or a Finance Assistant role
*Strong understanding of transactional finance processes
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
*Good communication and stakeholder management skills
*Strong Microsoft Excel and finance systems experience
*Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
*Immediately available or on a short notice period preferred
