We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Leatherhead.
The successful candidate must ideally have 6 months Lettings experience, OR a strong Trainee with excellent customer service/sales skills.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Lettings Negotiator:
*Basic £18,000 - £20,000
*OTE £26,000 - £30,000 DOE
*Monday to Thursday 8.45am - 6pm, Fridays 8.45am - 5pm, every other Saturday 9am - 4pm with day off in the week
*5 day working week
*Pooled commission
*Parking available
Responsibilities for the role of Lettings Negotiator:
*Always delivering exceptional customer service
*Liaising between landlords and tenants
*Providing up to date advice and information
*Conducting viewings
*Booking appointments
*Negotiating lettings contracts
*Registering applicants
*Generating new business
*Building the market share
*Be up to date with current compliance and legislation
Key Skills for the role of Lettings Negotiator:
*Must have ideally have 6 months Lettings experience OR a strong Trainee with excellent customer service/sales skills
*Understanding of the lettings process (if experienced)
*Be up to date with current legislation (if experienced)
*A high level of customer service skills
*The desire to work well in a team, and independently
*Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
*High accuracy and attention to detail
*Drive, hunger and ambition for success
*Well-spoken with a good telephone manner and excellent communication skills
*Well-presented and professional
