Full job descriptionProduction Operative - Early or Late ShiftLocation: Elsenham
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a busy, well-organised manufacturing site in Elsenham. The site offers a clean, modern working environment with excellent facilities and a supportive team atmosphere.
Shift Options*Early Shift: 06:00 - 14:00
*Late Shift: 14:00 - 22:00

Role Duties*Working on a production line
*Filling bottles and securing lids
*Placing bottles onto production machinery
*Packing finished products into boxes
*Removing completed boxes and placing them in designated areas
*Carrying out quality checks on finished products
*Labelling and preparing products for dispatch
*Assisting with general warehouse and production duties as required
To keep the work varied, operators rotate between different tasks approximately every two hours. Full support is available on site from experienced engineers and team leaders.
Requirements*Safety boots are essential
*Ability to remain on your feet for the duration of the shift
*Good attention to detail
*Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
*Previous production or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
Site RequirementsDue to hygiene and quality standards, the following are not permitted on site:
*Make-up
*Facial piercings
*False nails
*Jewellery
