We’re working with a growing, forward-thinking accountancy firm looking for an Audit & Advisory Manager to join their expanding team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced audit professional who wants more than just ticking boxes — you’ll work closely with business owners, build trusted relationships and play a key role in developing both clients and the wider team.
The Role*Manage a varied portfolio of corporate clients
*Lead and deliver statutory audit assignments
*Review accounts and audit files to a high standard
*Prepare and review financial statements under FRS 102
*Provide technical accounting support and advisory input
*Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted adviser
*Work closely with tax and wider advisory teams
*Oversee budgets, billing and workflow across assignments
*Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency and client service
*Support, train and develop junior team members
*Contribute to the wider growth and development of the practice
What they’re looking for*ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
*Strong post-qualification audit experience
*Experience managing a portfolio of clients
*Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounts
*Confident reviewing financial statements and audit files
*Excellent client-facing and communication skills
*Commercially aware with a proactive approach
*Natural leader who enjoys developing others
*Ambitious and keen to progress
