Key Responsibilities:
*Providing efficient administrative support across the international sales department, supporting team members with related admin
*Liaising with business customers’ queries via email professionally daily
*Liaising with first-line queries from patients
*Organising international training events - both webinars and face to face
*Co-ordinating the planning of events and training days
*Ensuring travel bookings are accurate, including international travel
Ideal Candidate Profile:
*Experience in administration or a customer-service focused role with administration
*Strong written English skills, able to adapt style - this role is the first point of contact for potential business customers
*Use of a CRM system or similar
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Personable and professional manner
*Team-focused individual
*Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems swiftly
*Motivated to contribute to a growing business environment and own personal and professional development
