Full job descriptionLegal Assistant – MOJ Stage 3
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Assistant to join a busy MOJ Stage 3 team. The role involves progressing admitted liability claims through Stage 3 of the MOJ portal with accuracy, efficiency and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities*Handling general call queries
*MOJ administration and court post
*Reviewing claimant and vehicle-related losses, including Credit Hire
*Drafting witness statements
*Submitting Stage 3 packs
*Issuing proceedings
*Preparing court bundles and briefing counsel
About You*Previous MOJ/PI experience advantageous
*Strong organisational skills
*Able to prioritise and work to deadlines
*Confident in a fast-paced environment
*Good Excel skills
