Description
*Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.
*Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
*Assist with preparing financial reports and month-end tasks.
*Support the team with budgeting and forecasting activities.
*Handle queries related to financial transactions and documentation.
*Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
*Maintain organised and up-to-date records for audits and reviews.
*Provide general support to the accounting and finance department as needed.
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
*A background in accounting or finance
*Experience with financial systems and software.
*Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
*Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
*An organised and proactive mindset to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Job Offer
*Fixed-term contract for 6 months.
*Salary range of £24,300 to £27,000 dependent on the level of experience.
