Full job descriptionThe ideal candidate will:*Have experience working with children or young people, ideally within an SEN setting.
*Be patient, understanding and able to build positive relationships with pupils.
*Have good communication and teamwork skills.
*Be reliable, proactive and passionate about supporting children’s learning and development.
*Hold a current Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
The role will involve:*Supporting pupils with additional learning needs in the classroom.
*Providing one-to-one and small-group support where required.
*Helping pupils access learning activities and develop independence.
*Working closely with teaching staff and other professionals.
*Supporting positive behaviour and creating an inclusive learning environment.
