About the RoleAn established Chartered Financial Planning and Wealth Management firm is looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join its growing team.
This is a non-client-facing role, working closely with Client Managers and Financial Planners to provide the research, analysis and documentation that supports high-quality financial advice.
The role would suit an experienced Paraplanner who enjoys technical work, has excellent attention to detail and is confident working across pensions, investments and protection.
Key Responsibilities*Conduct research and prepare recommendations across pensions, investments and protection.
*Prepare clear, accurate and compliant suitability reports.
*Work closely with Client Managers to understand client objectives and support appropriate recommendations.
*Maintain accurate records of research and recommendations.
*Keep up to date with regulatory changes, products and market developments.
*Provide technical support to Client Managers and Financial Planners.
*Highlight any issues or opportunities identified through research.
*Contribute to improving paraplanning processes and efficiencies.
*Maintain confidentiality and security of client information.
About You*CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent.
*Proven experience within a Paraplanning role.
*Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and protection.
*Excellent research, analytical and report-writing skills.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
*Good understanding of FCA regulations and compliance.
*Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
*Professional, proactive and collaborative approach.
