What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as Property Manager:
*Managing a portfolio of residential properties throughout the tenancy lifecycle
*Acting as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants, providing clear and professional communication
*Coordinating maintenance issues and working closely with contractors to ensure works are completed efficiently
*Monitoring property compliance, tenancy documentation and key deadlines
*Supporting rent, payment, deposit and tenancy-related processes while maintaining accurate records
*Using technology and operational systems to manage enquiries, workflows and day-to-day property management tasks
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience within Residential Property Management
*A strong understanding of the residential tenancy and property management lifecycle
*Experience dealing with landlords, tenants, contractors and third-party suppliers
*Good knowledge of property compliance and relevant residential lettings legislation
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to take ownership of issues
*Comfortable working with technology and adapting to new systems and automated processes
