Full job descriptionThis is an excellent management accounting role working within a successful mid-size business. The ideal candidate will be Qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) and have strong management accounting experience, and looking to join a supportive working environment. You will look beyond the numbers and tell the story of business performance.


Key Responsibilities:
*Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analyses, and key performance indicator (KPI) reports.
*Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and update rolling quarterly financial forecasts.
*Business Partnering: Working closely with stakeholders across the business to support growth and profitability.
*Cost Analysis: Monitor product margins, operational expenditures, and capital investment performance.
*Process Improvement: Standardise financial reporting tools and automate routine accounting workflows.
*Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily cash positions and forecast future working capital requirements.
