You
You will ideally be qualifying shortly, newly qualified or within your first year after qualification.
A Private Client training seat is helpful, although applications are also welcomed from experienced paralegals who are approaching qualification and can demonstrate substantial wills and probate experience.
The key things are strong client care, careful drafting and the emotional intelligence needed to support clients through sensitive situations.
