Job Description:
Full job descriptionRecruit UK is supporting a well-established Wealth Management firm in their search for an Investment Administrator to join their Southampton team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented administrator looking to build a long-term career in financial services.
Responsibilities Include:
*Provide administrative and organisational support to Investment Managers
*Open and maintain client accounts, ensuring AML and compliance requirements are met
*Prepare documentation and materials ahead of client meetings
*Liaise with Operations and Accounts departments to resolve client and transactional queries
*Maintain accurate client records and relevant logs
*Support the production and dispatch of valuations within regulatory timescales
*Handle client queries professionally, building and maintaining strong relationships

Requirements:
*Level 4 Diploma or working towards (desirable)
*Previous experience in financial services or investment administration (essential)
*Strong IT skills, with a good working knowledge of Excel and Word
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Highly organised, numerate and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
*A general understanding of the stock market or investment operations (desirable)
