Permanent
Hours - 35 hours (9am - 5pm)
Based in Worthing
£80,000 - £90,000 per annum plus further benefits and bonus (Potential Partnership Opportunity)
Tony Alan Recruitment is currently working with a well-established, respected law firm in the Worthing area, seeking an experienced Partner / Head of Commercial to lead an established team of five.
This is a genuine leadership opportunity for an ambitious senior solicitor looking to take the next step, with the chance to join as a Salary Partner and a clear route to Equity Partnership for the right individual.
You’ll remain hands-on with a quality caseload while leading and developing the department.
Key Duties:
*Business and company sales & acquisitions
*Share sales & purchases
*Company commercial matters and shareholder agreements
*Commercial property transactions
*Development work including Section 106 agreements, overage and option agreements
*Agricultural property matters
*Commercial leases, renewals and landlord & tenant work
*Leading and mentoring a team of solicitors and support staff
*Reviewing processes and implementing best practice
*Supervising files to ensure quality and consistency
*Developing client relationships and networking with SMEs and regional businesses
Key requirements:
*Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in Commercial law
*Leadership or supervisory experience
*Commercially minded with strong client relationship skills
*Keen to play a key role in the growth of a successful department
