We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Product Safety team in Witney. This is a technical administrative role focused on the quality control of returned medical technology. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every device is documented accurately, enabling our engineering teams to maintain the highest safety standards in the industry.
Responsibilities:
*Conduct thorough physical assessments on returned medical equipment.
*Log all findings into internal databases with exceptional attention to detail.
*Ensure items move through the return process efficiently to meet strict departmental deadlines.
*Adhere to formal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure full compliance with medical industry regulations.
*Biohazard Waste Disposal: You will handle the disposal of biohazardous materials in accordance with all safety regulations.
Qualifications:
*A methodical approach with a commitment to getting details right the first time.
*Computer literacy, specifically comfort using spreadsheets and bespoke internal software.
*Clear written English skills for professional reporting and documentation.
*A strong work ethic; no specific medical experience is required as full training is provided.
The Shift & Details:
*Pay: £15.99 per hour.
*Shift Pattern: 4-on, 4-off (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM).
*Location: Witney (OX29 0YL moving to OX29 5UX next year)
