Responsibilities
*Perform hands-on investigations by meticulously examining devices to determine the root cause of issues.

*Utilise MS Excel and internal systems to log findings, identify quality trends, and spot emerging patterns.

*Participate in "Continuous Improvement" projects to influence future product design.

*Collaborate with international teams to implement corrective actions.

*Generate technical reports that adhere to strict global regulatory and safety standards.

*Biohazard Waste Disposal: You will handle the disposal of biohazardous materials in accordance with all safety regulations.

Qualifications
*Analytical mindset with a proven ability to follow evidence to a logical conclusion.

*High level of IT literacy, specifically in Word and Excel.

*Strong documentation skills with an uncompromising focus on precision.

*Minimum of secondary education, with essential proficiency in Maths and English.

*Previous experience in a laboratory or regulated environment is considered a valuable asset.
