Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday 8am-4pm
Salary: £43,000 to £45,000 + Pension + Bonus + Overtime

An excellent opportunity has arisen with one of the Europe’s leading manufacturers of construction based products. The company is extremely well established with over 50 years of manufacturing experience and has a global reputation which is second to none in their marketplace. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to recruit an experienced multi skilled maintenance engineer.
Key Skills
*Min 2+ years’ Experience as a Supervisor
*Knowledge of Lean Principles
*Manufacturing Industry Experience
The Role
Reporting to the production manager and liaising with line leaders you will be responsible for managing a team of machinists. This will include engaging and developing staff, reporting KPI’s to management and OEE. You will also be involved in conducting team briefs and staff appraisals, together with health & safety and continuous improvement. On going training and support within this highly focused group will give the right candidate an opportunity to progress into larger roles within this long standing group.
