Full job descriptionA busy and customer focused organisation in Thame is looking for a Temporary Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing enquiries, and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner. This is a varied Temporary Customer Service Administrator position where no two days are the same.
Paying £13.42 per hour.
Duties:
*Responding to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
*Investigating and resolving customer complaints
*Updating customer records and maintaining accurate information
*Managing customer enquiries and ensuring follow up actions are completed
*Supporting the wider customer service team with administrative tasks
*Monitoring shared inboxes and prioritising responses
Experience:
*Previous experience in a customer service or administration role
*Confident handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively
*Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
*Good organisational and time management skills
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and email systems
*Professional, friendly, and customer focused approach
*Ability to work well both independently and within a team
