Salary : £47,790 with added service charge!

Key Responsibilities as a Drawing Room Mananger *Ensure the smooth running of all services in the Drawing Room.
*Welcome and look after guests with friendly, personalised service.
*Maintain the highest standards of quality, presentation and hospitality.
*Support the development and implementation of effective service and operational procedures.
*Monitor service standards and identify ways to improve the guest experience.
*Help maximise the business potential of the Drawing Room through excellent service and sales awareness.
*Build positive relationships with guests, colleagues and suppliers.
*Manage, lead & motivate the team to enhance performance, achieve business goals, financial budgets and service standards
*Manage, monitor & continually improve service & operational systems to enable seamless guest relations & comply with Hotel guidelines
*Ensure the menu and environment is consistent with a luxury establishment in order to meet & exceed guest expectations & maximise business growth
*Conduct sales & marketing activities in order to drive business growth & profit
*Provide effective day-to day communication with guests, colleagues & teams
Desirables
*Hotel School diploma or equivalent
*Previous luxury/5 star hotel experience
*Excellent knowledge of food and wine
