Full job descriptionRole:
Our client is looking for immediate, temporary, Management Accountant to assist them for 3-6 months. You be will be responsible for following duties:
*Need to own the month end process and produce the balance sheet reconciliations for borrowings, creditors, accruals
*Process journals for accruals, interest and prepayments required for month end.
*Lead monthly calls to explain movements against the latest forecasted results.
*Need to own the month end process and produce the balance sheet reconciliations for inventory including ageing, bank reconciliations, inter company, debtors, prepayments, creditors, accruals.
*Produce daily sales and weekly inventory reports.
*Weekly stock reconciliations
*Monthly VAT reconciliations
*Annual tax submissions
*Process journals for all areas of month end.
*Lead monthly calls to explain movements against the latest forecasted results.
*Prepare net debt/net cash calculation on a Monday every week.
*Prepare consolidated cash flow reports and standalone reports for PLC and EMEA
*Engage with regions for cash squeezes (happen at quarter end)
*Review cash and move funds as required.
*Manage the money market fund (daily overnight deposits) to maximise interest.
*Approve payments on HSBC portal following review of invoices in PLC and EMEA
Profile:
The successful, temporary Management Accountant will be qualified (Eg. ACA or CPA) and have experience working in a manual environment. You will have storng multi entity exposure with cashflow.
You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.

The temporary Management Accountant role will be paying circa £400 - £450 per day, dependant on experience.
