Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Onsite Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly and supportive Leicester-based team.
The Role
This is a dual-based position working between our site in Hinckley and our Leicester Office. Though predominantly the work will be based in Hinckley.
You will be responsible for managing onsite workforce operations, ensuring contractual fulfilment, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting candidates throughout their assignments.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong working relationships.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing onsite temporary workforce operations
*Ensuring full fulfilment of client contracts against agreed targets
*Conducting inductions and worker briefings
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Monitoring attendance, performance and compliance
*Handling workforce planning and short-notice requirements
*Resolving queries professionally and efficiently
*Supporting payroll processes and timesheet accuracy
*Driving performance to achieve monthly commission targets
Hours of Work


Working on a rotating pattern:
Week 1: 0530-1430 Monday to Friday (No OnCall)
Week 2: 1430-2130 Monday to Friday (Covering Weekend oncall)
Bank Holidays and Weekends covering via a oncall rota.


What We’re Looking For
*Previous recruitment or onsite experience (preferred but not essential)
*Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Full UK driving licence (essential)
*Professional, proactive and solution-focused mindset
