Commercial Plumber. We are looking for an experienced Commercial Plumber to join a growing building services company, working across a variety of commercial sites throughout London.
This is a mobile, hands-on role covering the installation, maintenance, fault finding and repair of commercial plumbing and mechanical systems.
The Role
As a Commercial Plumber, you will be responsible for:
*Carrying out commercial plumbing installations, repairs and maintenance
*Completing first and second fix plumbing works
*Fault finding and diagnosing plumbing and mechanical system issues
*Testing and commissioning systems
*Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance
*Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations
*Completing job sheets, reports and relevant paperwork accurately
*Working independently across customer sites
*Participating in an out-of-hours call-out rota when required
*Providing a professional service to customers at all times
What We’re Looking For
You should have previous experience working as a Plumber within commercial environments and be confident carrying out both maintenance and installation work.
You will ideally have:
*NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating, or equivalent
*Previous commercial plumbing experience
*Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
*Experience with installation, maintenance and repairs
*Good knowledge of relevant Health & Safety requirements
*Ability to work independently as a mobile engineer
*Good communication and customer service skills
*Full UK Driving Licence
Package
£40,000 - £60,000 OTE
