Full job descriptionProperty Paralegal / Trainee Legal Executive
Full-time | Liverpool
A great opportunity for an experienced Property Paralegal or Trainee Legal Executive to join a busy, fast-paced property team. You’ll support senior lawyers across residential and commercial conveyancing, managing files from onboarding through to completion and liaising with clients, agents and lenders.
Key Responsibilities*Assist with residential and commercial conveyancing matters
*Open, progress and complete files, including post-completion
*Manage key diary tasks and deadlines
*Update clients professionally and promptly
*Liaise with third parties
*Use case management systems and conveyancing portals
Requirements*Minimum 12 months’ property paralegal experience
*Strong residential conveyancing background
*Commercial experience desirable
*Knowledge of case management systems, Laserforms, Land Registry & SDLT portals
*InfoTrack and CQS experience desirable
