Our client, a leading organisation based in Ashford, would like to recruit a friendly, proactive, and professional Customer Account Manager to join their team.

Job title: Customer Account Manager


Location: Ashford, Kent


Salary: £30,000


The Team: Work alongside friendly colleagues in customer service and editorial departments, fostering collaboration and camaraderie.


Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm


Hybrid: Hybrid working for a healthy work-life balance (Once trained you will be in office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and working from home on Mondays and Fridays)

Your daily duties will be to:


*Connect with existing customers through engaging check-in calls twice a year. Show them you care and are here to help!
*Provide insightful demonstrations that showcase the value of our clients services.
*Assist customers with their ledgers and invoices in the initial months to foster strong relationships.
*Transition into a full loyalty role after two months, becoming a key point of contact for our valued customers.


You’ll be the ideal candidate for this role if you have:


*Account Management or Customer service experience in an office
*A Customer centric attitude, with excellent rapport-building skills
*A desire to truly care about customers, retaining and nurturing accounts
