A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Building Manager to take ownership of a high-profile, premium residential development in Islington.
This is a hands-on, resident-focused role where you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the development, leading an on-site team and working closely with residents, clients and senior management.
The role:
*£45,000-£50,000
*Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
*25 days’ holiday
*Premium residential development
*Lead an on-site estate team
*High level of autonomy and ownership
*Client and resident-facing position
*Occasional evening meetings
We’re looking for:
*Experience at Building Manager level required
*Strong residential property management background
*Experience managing a complex or high-end development
*Confident, proactive and highly responsive approach
*Excellent resident and client-facing skills
*Someone who is hands-on, visible and enjoys being involved in the day-to-day running of a building
