Your new role

As a Lettings Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support across a range of enquiries. You’ll handle incoming calls, emails and queries, ensuring each interaction is managed professionally and resolved efficiently. You will have a portfolio of clients and properties that you will look after day to day, arranging viewings, upselling and updating property databases. You will build rapport with your clients, understanding their needs and helping them find the perfect property.

What you’ll need to succeed

In order to succeed, you will need strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload is essential. You will be comfortable in a sales environment and have a proactive attitude. Experience working within lettings or property is desirable but not essential.
