Description
*Manage and oversee group financial reporting and compliance processes.
*Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
*Provide strategic financial advice to support business decisions.
*Lead and develop the finance team to meet organisational objectives.
*Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
*Monitor cash flow and financial performance across the group.
*Implement and improve financial systems and controls.
Profile
A successful Group Financial Controller should have:
*Professional accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
*Strong background in financial reporting and compliance or industry relevant finance functions.
*Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Knowledge of the FMCG/Manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
Job Offer
*Salary ranging from £80,000 to £90,000, dependent on the level of experience.
