Full job descriptionHere at GXO Logistics, we are looking for an Inventory Coordinator to support daily processes and maintain accurate inventory records for our Huel contract, based at our Wellingborough site (NN8 6XX).


You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis on an ’any 5 days out of 7’ shift pattern, between the hours of 06:00 and 14:00.


Two positions are available:


*Position 1: Primarily working Monday to Friday.
*Position 2: Primarily working Tuesday to Saturday.


Both roles require flexibility to work any 5 days out of 7 in line with business needs.

What you’ll do on a typical day:


*Complete inventory cycle checks/counts
*Investigate, resolve, and prevent inventory discrepancies by reviewing transaction history in the WMS (Warehouse Management System)
*Coordinate contact with the customer
*Provide general admin support for and stock/order queries and provide timely and accurate updates
*Utilise a WMS to maintain appropriate work documents


What you need to succeed at GXO:
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Previous Inventory experience in a warehouse environment
*Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office applications with a focus on Excel
*Experience in working with WMS systems
