Logistics Coordinator (12-Month Fixed Term)

This is a key position within the supply chain and operations team, where you’ll be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of goods from supplier to customer. You’ll play a vital role in coordinating shipments, managing schedules, and maintaining excellent service levels while building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and transport providers.
The Role
As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:
*Coordinating the movement of goods and ensuring deliveries are completed on time.
*Liaising with suppliers, customers, warehouses, and transport providers.
*Monitoring shipment schedules and proactively resolving delays or issues.
*Processing orders and maintaining accurate logistics and inventory records.
*Tracking deliveries and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
*Preparing and managing shipping documentation and customs paperwork where required.
*Ensuring compliance with company procedures and transportation regulations.
*Supporting continuous improvements to logistics processes and efficiencies.
*Handling customer enquiries relating to deliveries and dispatches.
