Full job descriptionWraparound Supervisor (Level 3) - Rugeley John Taylor SchoolThe Supply Register are recruiting on behalf of Rugeley John Taylor School for a Wraparound Supervisor (Level 3) to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional to lead the school’s wraparound provision for Nursery and Reception-aged children, providing a safe, engaging and nurturing environment before and after the school day.
Role DetailsPosition: Wraparound Supervisor (Level 3)
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Working Hours:
*Monday to Friday
*7:30am to 9:00am
*3:00pm to 6:00pm
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the wraparound provision, supporting a small group of approximately 10 children per session. You will lead activities, ensure children’s wellbeing and development are promoted, and provide effective supervision of the Wraparound Play Worker.
Responsibilities*Lead and supervise the wraparound provision.
*Plan and deliver engaging activities suitable for Nursery and Reception children.
*Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.
*Build positive relationships with children, parents and staff.
*Maintain high standards of safeguarding, welfare and health & safety.
*Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing through play.
Essential Requirements*Recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.
*Experience working with Early Years children.
*Understanding of EYFS requirements.
*Strong communication and organisational skills.
*Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
