Our client is a leading provider of highways maintenance and infrastructure services, delivering essential maintenance and improvement works on behalf of a local authority across Northamptonshire’s road network.

Your new role
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a range of highway maintenance projects across the local authority network.
Key responsibilities:
*Managing day-to-day site operations on highways’ maintenance schemes.
*Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.
*Coordinating subcontractors, direct labour, materials, and plant.
*Maintaining compliance with health, safety, environmental, and local authority requirements.
*Liaising with stakeholders, depot teams, and operational management to ensure successful project delivery.

What you’ll need to succeed
*Previous experience working as a Site Manager on highways maintenance or civil engineering projects.
*Gold or Black CSCS Card.
*SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
*Highways Passport.
*Temporary Works qualification/awareness.
*Environmental Good Practice on Site qualification.
