The Role:You’ll take ownership of digital marketing across multiple brands, working closely with the Head of E-commerce and wider e-commerce and marketing teams.
You’ll:
*Lead performance across Paid Search, Paid Social and Affiliates
*Manage and develop an in-house team of 3
*Own budgets, forecasts and channel performance
*Drive customer acquisition and database growth
*Develop new affiliate and third-party partnerships
*Report on weekly, monthly and seasonal performance
*Constantly look for opportunities to improve results and accelerate growth
What We’re Looking For:*Strong performance marketing background
*Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok and Google
*Excellent analytical and commercial skills
*Confident stakeholder management
*A motivating and supportive people manager
*Ideally 2-3+ years’ relevant digital marketing experience
