£32-35k DOE
*Do you have previous Ecommerce experience updating website content, pricing, product listings, specifications and imagery?
*Do you enjoy managing volume data, possess excellent attention to detail and working in small team environment?
*Interested in being part of a growing business with great potential to develop and progress?
Key responsibilities:
*Manage the day-to-day maintenance of the ecommerce website, ensuring products, pricing and content remain accurate and up to date.
*Upload new products, create product listings and maintain product information across the website.
*Organise and manage large volumes of product data, specifications, imagery and digital assets.
*Carry out ongoing product categorisation, merchandising and site optimisation to improve the customer journey.
*Perform regular website checks to identify and resolve content, pricing or product issues.
*Maintain product databases, ensuring information is accurate, consistent and optimised for online sales.
*Support seasonal product launches, promotions and website updates.
*Work with suppliers to obtain product information, imagery and specifications.
*Use Shopify (or similar ecommerce platforms) to manage products, collections and website content.
*Assist with SEO best practices when creating and updating product pages.
*Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and merchandising.
*Produce reports using Google Analytics and other ecommerce tools to support business decisions.
*Support the Managing Director with the day-to-day operational workload of the ecommerce function, taking ownership of the administration and execution required to keep the website running efficiently.
*Thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, organisation and attention to detail are essential.
What we’re looking for:
*Previous Ecommerce experience within a retail or D2C environment.
*Comfortable managing large volume of SKUs and product data.
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
*Strong working knowledge of Shopify (or similar CMS/ecommerce platforms).
*Confident using Excel and handling large datasets.
*Self-motivated and happy rolling up their sleeves to get through high volumes of work.
*Commercially aware with a good eye for online merchandising and customer experience.
*Looking for a hands-on role rather than leading a team or owning overall ecommerce strategy.
