Due to record financial year last year, Reed Chester are now seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our team, specialising in recruiting for permanent Business Support roles across various sectors. This includes HR, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Admin, and General Office Support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full 360 recruitment cycle in a fast-paced environment, ensuring optimum relationship-building with both client and candidate to maximise opportunity and strive for success.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Conducting client consultations to understand their specific recruitment needs and building lasting relationships.
*Sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and databases.
*Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for various roles.
*Managing the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to placement, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both clients and candidates.
*Providing advice and feedback to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
*Staying updated with industry trends and maintaining a deep understanding of the job market in the specified regions.
*Achieving recruitment targets and contributing to the overall success of the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Ideally experience within recruitment or a sales-focussed role
*Desire to work within a target-orientated environment where you will be accountable for your own performance
*Ability to take the rough with the smooth – There will be no’s but able to be resilient!
*Be keen to work within an energetic and sales-based environment
