Full job descriptionAre you an experienced Vehicle Technician seeking an exciting new opportunity? Our reputable client in Braintree, Essex, is currently looking to recruit a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their busy team. This role offers excellent earning potential, ongoing training, and the chance to develop your career within a well-established dealership environment.
Benefits for the successful Vehicle Technician:
*Uncapped earning potential with an OTE of up to £52,480 per year
*Competitive basic salary between £34,000 and £37,000
*Productive bonus scheme including £3,000 productivity bonus and additional time saved incentives
*Ongoing training and development opportunities
*40-hour working week, Monday to Friday, plus one in three Saturday mornings
*Supportive team environment with clear career progression pathways
Duties of the Vehicle Technician:
*Servicing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles to manufacturer’s specifications
*Conducting pre- and post-vehicle service checks and diagnostics
*Accurately completing service documentation and reports
*Identifying vehicle faults and discussing findings with customers
*Ensuring high levels of quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:
*Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role
*Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
*Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge
*Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
*Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
