We are working with a leading international law firm seeking an experienced Paralegal Supervisor to join its Legal Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong Real Estate experience who is looking to combine their technical knowledge with people management and team leadership.
The RoleYou will supervise a team of Paralegals and Senior Paralegals supporting a major client across a high-volume portfolio of real estate transactions.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Managing and allocating incoming work across the team.
*Providing day-to-day guidance and support on Real Estate matters.
*Reviewing work to ensure consistently high standards and accuracy.
*Managing workflow, deadlines, trackers and matter management systems.
*Coaching and developing Paralegals and Senior Paralegals.
*Supporting onboarding, performance reviews and ongoing development.
*Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
*Supporting utilisation, time recording and WIP management.
About You*Minimum 2 years’ Real Estate experience within a commercial law firm or in-house legal environment.
*Previous supervisory/team management experience is essential.
*Strong knowledge of Real Estate transactions and property documentation.
*Excellent organisational and communication skills.
*Confident managing a busy workload and competing deadlines.
*A proactive and supportive approach to developing others.
