You will enjoy working with landlords, tenants, contractors and external parties, taking ownership of issues and ensuring properties and clients receive an efficient and professional service throughout.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:
*Carrying out external property inspections and managing maintenance enquiries
*Arranging and attending end of tenancy check-outs at managed properties
*Overseeing property licence applications and associated documentation
*Assisting with possession applications and attending court hearings where required
*Meeting locksmiths and clients at bailiff appointments and coordinating related activity
*Maintaining excellent service levels, accurate CRM records and cross-selling relevant property services
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience within Residential Property Management
*Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
*Strong communication and negotiation abilities
*Professional, articulate and confident presentation skills
*Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail
*Good IT skills and confidence using CRM and property management systems
*Full UK driving licence and access to a car
*Industry recognised qualifications such as ARLA, NAEA or NFOPP would be advantageous but are not essential
