Full job descriptionWe are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and professional Bodyshop Manager to oversee a large automotive accident repair centre in Cardiff. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a motivated Bodyshop Manager seeking to lead and develop a successful bodyshop operation.

Bodyshop Manager Duties:
*Overall management of the bodyshop, ensuring operational efficiency and profitability
*Lead and develop a large team, including productive staff and front-of-house/customer service personnel
*Implement and maintain strict processes for team management, workflow, and customer service standards
*Monitor and improve profit margins through effective resource planning and cost control
*Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
*Work closely with the Area Manager to achieve business and performance targets
*Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of repair quality and service
*Manage training and development programmes for staff to support continuous improvement
Requirements:
*Proven recent or current experience as a Bodyshop Manager or similar role
*Strong leadership and team management skills
*Methodical and detail-oriented approach to work
*UK driving licence with minimal points
*Management experience is preferred but professionals looking to progress will also be considered
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Ability to implement efficient processes and develop operational strategies
